For your convenience, here is a summary of the steps you will go through during the recruiting process:
Step 1 - You can begin by searching Artech's open positions on the Artech Job Portal or at Naukri, where you will find opportunities for Corporate Employment and IT Consulting work, and submit your resume online. We will contact you when your skills are a match for an available job. If you do not see an open position that meets your interests, we recommend that you still submit your resume. When a position becomes available that does fit your qualifications, we will be able to contact you.
Step 2 - We will conduct a telephone and/or in-person interview with you to share details about Artech, our clients, and any potential job opportunities. We will also discuss your background and career goals.
Important Note: For IT Consulting work, some of our clients require us to ask you certain questions regarding your background during the interview in order to proceed. Speak to the recruiter if you have any questions about this.
Step 3 - If required by the client, we will ask you to complete technical testing for qualification.
Step 4 - If you have been chosen for an IT Consulting position, You will then have the opportunity to meet our client through an on-site or telephone interview.
Step 5 - When a decision is made, we will contact you immediately.
Step 6 - Before you are hired, we will conduct confidential background check and employment verification.
Step 7 - Once hired, and as part of the on-boarding process, we will provide you with everything you will need for your first day at work.
